Email verification for new and existing customers
From the 1 September 2016 we are asking all new and existing customers to validate their email address when they log onto the certificate online ordering service.
Existing customers -when you log on you may be prompted to enter a verification code that will be sent to you in an email before you continue with your order.
This exercise will take place over the next few weeks so if you are not asked to validate your email address when you log on, please continue with your order.
New customers - will receive an email with a verification code which will allow you to register and continue with your order.
